Privacy notice

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This page explains what I do with the details you send me through this website, and what you can ask me to do with them. In short: I use them to reply to you and arrange your visit. I don't sell them, and I don't use them for anything else without asking you.

Who I am

I'm Elliott Harrison, a self-employed AI consultant based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. I'm responsible for the personal data collected through this website (in data protection law, I'm the "controller").

If you have any questions about your data, email me at elliott.harrison@ellevatte.com.

What I collect

When you request a free visit, the form sends me:

When you email me, I get your email address and whatever you write.

When you visit the website, the server that hosts it keeps standard technical logs (such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open). These are used to keep the site secure and working.

To see how the website is used, I use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It counts visits, the pages and buttons people use, where visitors came from (for example LinkedIn or Facebook), and the type of device, browser and country. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't store your IP address or identify you as a person.

Please don't send me sensitive information (for example about health) through the form. I don't need it to arrange a visit.

What I don't do

Why I use your details, and the legal basis

Who else handles your details

I use a few services to run this website and my business. They handle your details only to provide their service to me:

I would only share your details with anyone else if the law requires it.

How long I keep them

Your rights

You can ask me to:

To do any of these, email elliott.harrison@ellevatte.com. I'll reply within one month. There's no charge.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, please tell me first so I can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If I change how I use your details, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
